At NLC, we endeavor to make the hiring process as transparent as possible. Detailed merit-based recruitment procedures have been devised to attract best human resource from the market and enable them to grow with Organization. NLC also offers Internship (paid/unpaid) to fresh under-graduates, graduates & post-graduates with the aim to provide them hands on experience and eventually granting them job opportunity subject to their performance during the internship period. A team of HR professionals painstakingly evaluate the profiles of potential candidates who send their detailed Resumes for the advertized positions. The policy designed for recruitment involves following major steps:-
→ Announcement of Job Opening (s) / Internship (paid/unpaid) in leading newspapers and official website
→ Collection of Applications both online/manual application
→ Detailed scrutiny / evaluation of CVs
→ Short listing of the most suitable candidates
Usually a series of interviews are conducted to assess candidates on technical as well as on behavioral grounds. A board of senior officers conducts the interview of the candidates and most suitable candidates are recommended to the competent authority for appointment on available positions.
Employment may depend upon:
→ Post job offer medical examination, verifiable personal / professional references, Clearance from previous employer
(if applicable), and Undertaking of confidentiality, ethics & business practices.
