Logistics Park serves as hub for seamless flow of cargo and facilitate trade and commerce. In view of its significance, NLC is constructing modern logistics parks at Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi. These strategically located parks will provide state-of-the-art amenities, including advanced warehousing, comprehensive transportation infrastructure, and cutting-edge technological solutions, aimed at optimizing the entire supply chain process. Construction work for utilities and road infrastructure of Logistics Parks at Karachi Northern Bypass, Nathe Khalsa in Lahore, and Harraka in Rawalpindi is already underway.
Situated along the M10 Karachi Northern Bypass, the logistics park spans across 33 acres of land. This advantageous location offers direct connectivity to key transportation hubs including the Karachi Port, Port Qasim, Jinnah International Airport, and the M9 Motorway, as well as major industrial zones within Karachi. The logistics park is poised to streamline the movement of goods between these critical business centres and regions further inland.
The park will comprise three expansive ambient warehouses, each covering an area of 106,000 sq ft. Additionally, it will feature a well-appointed container yard equipped with a Customs office, serving as a central hub for container handling and customs clearance processes. Furthermore, the logistics park will house an LNG Terminal to cater to the evolving energy needs of the region.

This state-of-the-art Logistics Park boasts a total of 9 warehouses, with 2 expansive temperature-controlled facilities each spanning an impressive 52,500 sq ft. Designed to accommodate diverse goods, these warehouses ensure optimal storage conditions, safeguarding the integrity of stored items.
Beyond its warehousing capabilities, the Logistics Park features indispensable amenities including a Container Freight Station, Commercial Fuel Station, and Workshop, augmenting its utility and operational efficiency.
Constructed on a sprawling 53-acre area, The Nathe Khalsa Logistics Park will serve as a vital lifeline for the bustling business community of Lahore and the wider regions of central and southern Punjab. Easily accessible via M-2, N-55, and other key highways, this logistics hub is positioned to facilitate swift and efficient movement of goods across the region.
The Logistics Park comprises three ambient warehouses, complemented by a temperature-controlled warehouse sprawling across an expansive area of 50,750 sq ft. These cutting-edge facilities are meticulously designed to accommodate a diverse array of goods, ensuring optimal storage conditions and the preservation of product integrity.
